The hotel offers great cooking and laundry facilities in the rooms, which was fantastic. The rooms were quiet with a balcony providing stunning views over the city and hills. They were very well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. However, we were left disappointed and won't be choosing Oaks Hotels in the future.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the service was wonderful, the room overlooked a rail yard instead of a park, and the noise from commercial trains throughout the night was disruptive. The location offered some positives but also had its drawbacks, with limited space for parking. Dining options started strong but became underwhelming towards the end of our stay.
